STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. 

Since the services are reserved for you personally ,a cancellation fee will apply.

-Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount.

 “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.  

Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount.

SERVICE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your color or cutting service, you may call Manic Muse (not your service provider) within 48 hours to express your concerns. A complimentary redo must be scheduled within 14 days of the original service. The redo policy does not cover a change in the original style or color. Full service price applies if you have waited longer than 3 days to call. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist. Manic Muse will not be liable for hair color that has been done outside of our salon. We gladly take Corrective Color clients after a consultation is done and a service plan is formulated by the stylist and signed by the guest. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Due to the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if you have previously colored your hair outside of our salon.Redo requests, exchange, and refunds will be under the discretion of management approval.


 

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

We are happy to refund any unopened retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase.  Used products are non-refundable and will only be taken back for salon credit or exchange pending management approval.  We will gladly allow you to take home samples of any product of interest (limit 3 items). If you are sensitive to scents or ingredients, this will allow you to try before you buy.
